Using DRDP Data to Drive Child Growth
An early childhood program wanted to move beyond collecting DRDP data and begin using it more intentionally to support child growth. After partnering with the Executive Director and Program Director, I designed a customized professional development session on data dialogues and then worked with the leadership team as they implemented the process with staff.
Teachers reported a stronger understanding of their data and greater confidence in using it to plan meaningful learning experiences. Data conversations shifted from reviewing scores to identifying opportunities for growth, leading to more intentional instruction and stronger support for children's development.
